I have always been surprised by the connection between the body and everything that surrounds us, and how the senses create the bridge that links universes. That is why I focus my work on the whole body (yoga and breathing), sound (hang drum, quartz bowls, shamanic drum, voice …) and Rainbow Aromatherapy for the 7 chakras. Sound journeys or sound baths are the perfect closing  for an Ecstatic dance session. They provide a soothing balm for the physical body after the movement during the dance. They are also a unique tool for emotional integration.
