Join us for a deeply nourishing Ecstatic Dance Ibiza journey, where music, movement, and community come together in a safe and conscious dance space. This is an invitation to drop out of the mind, into the body, and let the dance move you.
Dance barefoot on our soft, warm tatami floor, designed for comfort, grounding, and full-body expression. No choreography, no expectations, just your authentic movement guided by sound and sensation.
DJ Nekken, our beloved resident DJ, will take you on an immersive musical journey, carefully curated to awaken energy, open the heart, and carry you through waves of release, play, and integration. From deep tribal rhythms to expansive, uplifting melodies, the dance becomes a ritual of presence and transformation.
Elena will guide us in the begining by connecting with the body, releasing tension to open new space in our dance.
We close with the vibration of sound, accompanying the body to integrate everything that has been felt. Hang, voice, and quartz bowls

Nos complace invitarte a un viaje de Ecstatic Dance profundamente nutritivo donde la música, el movimiento y la comunidad se encuentran en un espacio de danza seguro y consciente. Una invitación a salir de la mente, entrar en el cuerpo y dejar que el baile te mueva.
Danza descalzo sobre nuestro suelo de tatami suave y cálido, diseñado para el confort, el enraizamiento y la expresión de todo el cuerpo. Sin coreografías, sin expectativas, solo tu movimiento auténtico guiado por el sonido y la sensación.
DJ Nekken, nuestro querido DJ residente, te guiará a través de un profundo viaje musical, cuidadosamente creado para despertar la energía, abrir el corazón y llevarte por olas de liberación, juego e integración. Desde ritmos tribales profundos hasta melodías expansivas y elevadoras, el baile se convierte en un ritual de presencia y transformación.
Con Elena, abrimos con la conexión al cuerpo, liberando tensión para abrir nuevo espacio en nuestra danza. Y cerramos desde la vibración del sonido que acompaña al cuerpo a integrar todo lo sentido. Hang, voz y cuencos de cuarzo.

ELENA SOUND YOGA IBIZA
Me considero un amante de la energía y el trabajo de frecuencias. Combino la vibración del sonido, yoga, qigong, respiración y aromaterapia… herramientas en las que me he formado durante muchos años.
Parte de mi trabajo está relacionada con equilibrar la polaridad del principio masculino/ femenino o Yin/ Yang. Meditaciones, ceremonias, círculos de mujeres y hombres, rituales de amor o círculos de canto.
Mi trabajo con el sonido me llevó al contacto directo con aspectos profundos de la vida. En un universo hecho de frecuencia y vibración, el Sonido es un potente canalizador del trabajo terapéutico.

Passionate about Music and Dance for as long as I can remember. In 2016, I started facilitating ECSTATIC DANCE sessions, with a monthly frequency in Ibiza and sharing Ecstatic dance journeys wherever life takes me: Balearic Islands, Barcelona, Berlin, Galicia, Valencia, Alicante,… festivals and retreats like Juggatopia, FACE, FEVER2023, Holos Festival, El Silencio Baila,….
Since 2019, I am a professor of the bi-annual Barcelona’s Ecstatic Dance Djs training coordinated by Albert Pala.
I love the creative freedom that Ecstatic allows me. In my sessions I seek to create a space of connection, a deep, tender and very wild experience. From ancestral rhythms to the most experimental sounds, I love to surprise, challenging the dancers and taking them beyond.» DJ Nekken
