SIN ZAPATOS
Bailamos descalzos para un mayor contacto con el suelo y conexión con nuestro cuerpo y nuestra vulnerabilidad.
Por supuesto, bailamos descalzos siempre que el suelo lo permita. También es posible bailar con calcetines e incluso con zapatos si tu condición física así lo requiere.
SIN PALABRAS
La ausencia de energía social y bla, bla, bla,… fomentan otros tipos de comunicación espontánea, como pueden ser el juego, la risa, el contacto o la conexión. A través de la expresión libre, ya sea cantando, silbando, gritando o llorando, el movimiento se expande, la energía se activa y la creatividad sorprende en cada momento.
BAILAMOS COMO SOMOS
